It was announced this morning that David Carradine was found dead in his hotel room. It is being treated as an apparent suicide. Sounds strange to me. He was filming a new movie and had regained some success since the two KILL BILL movies.
He will be remembered for his KUNG FU TV series as well as many martial arts films. He also made several SF films for Roger Corman and was a composer and sculptor as well.
He was 72.
