Fort Hood Massacre

I may not have the fondest of memories of Fort Hood, but Kathy and I did spend over a year there in the early 1970s and made many friends that are still part of our lives.

My heart and my prayers go out to all those killed and wounded in Thursday's needless and despicable act that left so many families hurting and a nation in mourning.

I hope everyone will say a prayer for them.
